Lee Bartholomew - Senior Appraiser/Principal
Mr. Bartholomew is the senior appraiser at Bartholomew Associates, Inc. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (California #AG004317). He has a background in finance, and has been appraising all property types since 1985. Mr. Bartholomew has a B.A. in Social Science from CSU San Jose. He also holds a Masters in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. With a lifetime Community College Credential, he has taught courses in real estate practice, principles, and finance at Yuba College. Mr. Bartholomew is admitted to testify in several Northern California Superior Courts. Mr. Bartholomew is a Designated Member of the American Society of Appraisers, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. A detailed resume is available upon request.
Molly Acton - Real Estate Research Consultant
Ms. Acton joined Bartholomew Associates, Inc. in 2011. She has a M.H.A. (Master of Healthcare Administration) from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Bartholomew Associates, Ms. Acton spent ten years assisting organizations with strategic, facility and operational planning. Her prior work as a management consulting at a San Francisco Bay Area consulting firm solidified her passion for facility master planning. Ms. Acton’s role as an Appraisal Associate is a natural extension of her interest and experience analyzing the functional use and value of various types of property.
Sean Morrow - Appraiser Trainee
Mr. Morrow joined Bartholomew Associates, Inc. in 2009 while working on his degree from UC Davis. With a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, his classes in marketing, finance and management turned his interest to economics and market behavior. Currently part of the research team as an Appraiser Trainee, Mr. Morrow is in the process of becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
Joe Cormier-Knopp - Residential Appraiser
Mr. Cormier-Knopp, a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser, joined Bartholomew Associates in 2014 as a residential specialist. Joe intends to continue his professional development and looks forward to completing his general appraisal certification in the future. He is a University of California Davis graduate, with a double major in Economics and French. Prior to joining Bartholomew Associates, Inc. Joe worked as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser at Warden Appraisal Services, where he gained a wealth of experience with market research, analysis and reporting. Joe also worked in economic development and city planning, during a two year internship with the City of Suisun prior to his employment at Warden. Joe plays the violin and enjoys spending time in the Sierras.
Noa Ver - Research Analyst
Noa Ver joined Bartholomew Associates in March of 2014. She is currently a senior at UC Davis, completing a B.A. in Technocultural Studies, where she studies trends in the relationships between technology, society, and culture. Graduate work is in her future. Outside of work, Ms. Ver experiments with building homemade electronic circuits and simple analog synthesizers. Ms. Ver is a voracious researcher and vigorous editor - her research work at Bartholomew Associates utilizes these skills.
Emma Reynolds - Administrative Assistant
Emma Reynolds joined the Bartholomew Associates, Inc. team as an Administrative Assistant in November of 2013. A highly community minded individual, Ms. Reynolds graduated from Da Vinci Charter Academy where she learned to identify others' strengths, and use technology to find creative solutions to real world problems. In her spare time she dabbles in the arts, exploring experimental photography, writing, illustration and finger painting in equal measures. From everyday tasks to building a speakeasy whilst on crutches, Ms. Reynolds is never afraid to go the extra mile for her teammates.
